An amazing year already for the claims. Following the win at the Commercial Insurance Awards 2019 and having been shortlisted for the Insurance Post Claims Awards 2019 they have now been shortlisted again in the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards 2019. The team who were only formed in early 2017 have strived to deliver excellent customer service and are clearly getting it right with continued award recognition for their work.
