Supporting the next generation of insurance professionals

The DCL Academy regularly recruits for Apprentices with some immediate starts available. Our apprenticeship scheme offers you the chance to:

  • Receive formal and regular training at our in-house academy
  • Gain on-the-job experience working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team.
  • Achieve your Cert CII qualification & progress your career at an established and reputable company.
