We pride ourselves on our personal and bespoke approach, with brokers able to get direct access to an underwriter to discuss a risk and our in-house claims team who work hard to fight fraud and minimise claims costs for customers.
Job Description
You will form an integral part of our growing marketing team which is currently made up of specialist freelancers who report to our inhouse Marketing Manager.
You will be supporting on various initiatives to promote our brand and products across multiple channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to really make their mark in a fast-paced commercial environment and a growing marketing team.
This role would suit someone who:
- May have previous social media content creation experience either in-house or at an agency.
- Or, can demonstrate a flair for content creation & design and is proficient on social media platforms.
The role will involve:
- Assisting in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Creating engaging and compelling content for social media posts, including graphics & videos to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitoring our social media accounts for comments, messages, and enquiries and building our following.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager with adhoc design or admin tasks to ensure the smooth running of the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistent ideation and creation of content & reels for our Instagram and TikTok account.
- Creating artwork and visual assets for social media, the website, events and other company documentation/presentations when needed.
- Updating content on our company website. Making small text or design edits to webpages.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
- Assisting with the organisation of promotional events & digital marketing campaigns.
- Building the following on all social platforms.
- Assisting with the gathering of social media and website stats for the monthly reports.
- Creating, organising and updating design templates for the business.
Skills
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Be able to create innovative and responsive design ideas from a supplied brief.
- Passion for staying ahead of social media trends and emerging technologies.
- The ability to work both autonomously and alongside our Marketing Manager.
- Excellent time management with flexible approach to work loads and deadlines.
- The confidence and ability to build rapport with internal teams to encourage engagement and involvement in our content creation.
Experience
- Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation is preferred.
- Proficient at using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Later.
- A good understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Proficient with Instagram reel editing/creation and associated editing apps (CapCut, Splice etc.)
- WordPress knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
