The increased focus on DCL’s Bus and Coach Policy follows the acquisition of the Liberty Specialty Markets renewal rights and the appointment of Justin Suttle.

Justin, formerly of Liberty Specialty Markets, has been employed to head up the Bus & Coach Division with over 15 years of experience in this sector.
