2020 is off to a brilliant start with another award win.

Our Claims team are very proud to have won ‘Commercial Lines Insurer Claims Team of the Year’ at last week’s National Insurance Awards in London. The Claims team, formed in 2017 to bring claims handling back in-house, have grown from an initial 8 staff to more than 60 with plans in place to expand further as the business continues to grow.

Carl Cripps, Head of Claims, commented ‘I am so proud of the team and all the hard work they put into making sure our customers get a first class services during challenging times. We prefer to be thought of as a customer services team that deal with claims and operate some different procedures so far as what we do and how we do it compared with our competitors; our modelling is clearly working and I’m delighted to say that a number of our brokers are understanding and embracing the differences and we are collectively seeing the results’
