Back due to popular demand, the claims team are hitting the road again after a successful first claims clinic in Manchester in February. This time, we’re in Birmingham!

On Wednesday 19th June and Thursday 20th June, brokers that have an agency with DCL, and claims handlers, are invited to come and meet senior members of our claims team to participate in face-to-face sessions.

Led by our Claims Director, Carl Cripps, the claims clinics are our latest initiative to further strengthen our relationships with brokers and enhance our service.

The face-to-face sessions with the DCL team across both days, provide a valuable opportunity for brokers & claims handlers to:

– Discuss claims queries.

– Receive resources & guidance on claims reporting.

– Get a refresher of our claims processes.

– Find out more about how we are protecting policyholders and fighting fraud.
