Direct Commercial Ltd (DCL) is delighted to announce the appointment of Carl Cripps as Head of Claims

Carl brings a wealth of Motor Claims experience to DCL having previously been employed in the insurance industry for over 30 years most recently as Head of Claims for Catalyst Consulting Solutions.

His previous roles include working as Claims Superintendent / Manager within companies such as Highway Motor Policies, Holdsure Motor Policies and Resolute Management Services part of the Berkshire Hathaway Group.

Carl will be responsible for all elements of claims including technical, operational, supply chain and managing our outsourced partners.
