DCL – Continuity in the face of COVID-19

In these uncertain times DCL would like to let you know that as a business we shall be continuing to trade as normal. Whilst we have formulated plans that we may have to put into effect as the wider situation develops, we hope you will see little or no change at all to our service levels.

Our 3 offices remain open but in the short term we have decided to cancel all but the most essential face-to-face business meetings. Where possible we shall offer meetings to be conducted via video link; this will allow us to keep our workforce as shielded as possible.

We are pleased to confirm that all main office numbers will continue to be manned during business hours and our claims number is available, as it always has been, 24-7 365 days per year. DCL operate between multiple locations which provides us with great resilience as well as all of our new business, claims, accounts, admin and renewal functions being geared to electronic trading.

We are very well placed to receive and consider any new business enquiries so please continue to contact your regional BDM ( or wholesaler as before.

Any policyholder who is in financial distress as a result of Coronavirus should contact their broker to discuss what options maybe available.
